We ensure proper operation of our products. Should for some reason a problem occur, we’ll strive to make it right. Please note that these are subject to change at any time without notice, and that we may offer individual coverage exceeding these policies.

In any case, if you’d like a refund, be sure to ship us the entire item, in its originally received condition, with all original packing and accessories. Failure to do this will result in at best a partial refund.

Kits are considered to be groups of items, as listed on their packing slips. Refunds for kits will only be processed if the entire group of items is returned. Exceptions may be considered in special cases, please contact us for approval.

We will not issue refunds on products damaged due to misuse or failure to follow instructions.


If the product is damaged/ defective/ dead on arrival: We will bear the shipping cost. You are requested to click the photographs of the product and email them to contact@geekskart.com or click on the "contact us" link on the top of our website, along with the order number within 3 days of receiving the shipment, claims made after 3 days will not be entertained. Make sure these photographs contain the serial number of the product packaging for speedy approval of refunds. Upon receiving the request we will investigate the request and approve the return by writing an email to you. Please keep following points in mind while requesting for return, replacement or refund:

  •     Products must be in their original condition.
  •     Brand packaging should be intact.
  •     Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website
  •     Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted

Once we receive the product we will check them for the claims made by you and then may offer following options:

Replacing the product with similar or same product. If the new product is of lower value then we will provide you store credit of the difference in the amount.

Refund you the total amount of the order in form of store credit or vouchers


Refund you the total amount of the order through bank transfer. In such cases you will have to provide us with the necessary details like IFSC code, Branch Name, Account Number and the name of the account holder. We will not refund money on anyone's else name other than the name used while making the payment. If the mode of the payment was cash on delivery then on store credit or vouchers of the equal amount will be issued.


If a part of the product is missing or non-functional then we will provide you replacement, store credit, voucher or refund for the value of the part only.


No refund or replacement will be issued under following scenarios:

  •     You changed your mindset and do not want to keep the product.
  •     It is difficult for you to use the product.
  •     Product is incompatible with any of your other devices.
  •     Delay in shipping due to bad weather or any other natural disaster but not limited.
  •     If the products are used and cannot be resold.
  •     If the products are damaged by you while using.
  •     Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
